Lincoln Center Additions and Renovations
City of Fort Collins
Fort Collins, Colorado
$6,800,000; The Lincoln Center project included multiple additions and extensive renovation of the City's 35-year-old performing arts and conference center, based upon the 2005 Master Plan completed by our firm. 13,500 sq. ft. of new enclosed space was added to enlarge pre- and post-function lobbies, patron restrooms and circulation corridors, and three new permanent bars; create enlarged entry vestibules with new ticketing and office space; build a new art gallery; and construct greatly needed new dressing rooms, chorus rooms, green room and conference storage space.
Renovated spaces include 24,660 sq. ft. of the facility's conference spaces and a complete renovation of the Magnolia Theater, including reconfiguration of the seating, and acoustical, sound system and finish upgrades to the Main Performance Hall.
The design was inspired by the client's desire to completely update the building's architectural image and position the Lincoln Center as the City's premier theater and conference venue.
Professional services included master planning, site plan approvals through the City of Fort Collins, and full architectural and engineering design services.
