$117,200; The exterior rehabilitation of the First National Bank of Berthoud in downtown Berthoud included removal of an inappropriate mansard-style metal awning and replacement of the aluminum storefront with wood windows, replacement of the main entrance door and missing transom glass, refurbishing of the historic wood windows, reopening an original side alley doorway, repair, repointing and cleaning of the brick masonry, and refurbishing of the sheet metal cornice and pedimented door hood.
The 1905 Greek Revival building is designated on the Berthoud Historic Register and now houses the Berthoud Police Department.
