Artisan Village at Jessup Farm
Fort Collins, Colorado
Historical restoration and rehabilitation of several original agricultural buildings at Jessup Farm for adaptive reuse into an Artisan Village, including the original brick farmhouse, barn, loafing shed, saddle shop, garage and chicken coop.
The farmhouse has been rehabilitated as a farm-to-table restaurant, with a full commercial kitchen housed in a small addition to the rear of the house. The barn was rehabilitated into a microbrewery and tap room. The loafing shed was rehabilitated into a multi-tenant retail space.
The project was awarded a Fort Collins Urban Design Award in 2015 for its public spaces.
Professional services included programming, planning and entitlement approvals through the City of Fort Collins, and full architectural and engineering design services.
