alm2s collaborated with Lov Design to create this new space for Acorn Creek Capital’s team. The project provided a full remodel of the existing 3,300 SF 10th floor of the First National Bank Tower building in downtown Fort Collins.
The project designed a workspace that fully embraces its natural surroundings and light. By placing new offices and meeting rooms along the perimeter, the layout takes advantage of views from all three sides of the building. The design balances open and private areas to cater to various work styles.
The ceiling, featuring timber beams and pressed tin panels, complements the historic character of the Old Town, creating a cohesive and visually engaging environment.
