< under construction > Alpine Flats is an apartment development designed with a modern take on multi-family living in the heart of Greeley. The complex will feature three 3-story 24-plex apartment buildings, three 3-story 36-plex apartment buildings, and one 2-story 20-plex apartment building, for a total of 200 units.
With the use of parapets and low-slope shed roof elements, the proposed buildings will act as a buffer for the single-family homes to both the south and west, from Aims Community College directly to the north, and the existing modern style retail establishments to the west.
