Redevelopment of a previously approved and partially constructed, student housing project into a 61-unit student rental apartment building.  The 3-1/2 story building contains 22 1-bedroom/1-bath units, five 1-bedroom/1-bath units with lofts, 25 studio units and nine micro units.  The project was constructed over the existing basement and floor structure of a previous project that had not completed.
