Extensive renovation of the iconic 1937 residence hall designed by Charles Klauder.  Interior renovation of the 5-story building included modernization of the residential wings to create 450 beds of student housing, renovation of the main and garden levels for a new “Great Room” and other common amenities, new space for the College of Liberal Arts Residential Academic Program (RAP), insulation enhancements to the building’s envelope, and improvements to provide full handicapped accessibility.

Exterior rehabilitation of the Tuscan Vernacular building includes redesign of the courtyards, improved bicycle parking facilities, creation of a new primary south entrance on the lower level and new energy-efficient windows.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for a great job on Baker. Appreciate the dedication and attention to details that resulted in a great facility.
