Architectural and engineering services related to the rehabilitation of the existing 40-unit CARE Housing/ Swallow Road Corporation, including a 2-story community building with basement; and the 44-unit Village on Swallow affordable apartments including limited site improvements.

Apartment rehabilitation work consisted of new high-efficient HVAC equipment and tankless water heater, added air conditioning and laundry closets including all new casework, appliances, plumbing fixtures and LED light fixtures.  Exterior work included siding replacement, new roofs and exterior paint and new deck finish.
