A new office, research and innovation center for Cargill was constructed at their Fort Collins campus, designed to integrate with the existing Cargill campus.  The facility was programmed and designed in three wings with office, growth and seed – to create an “L” shaped building that interacts with both the existing greenhouses and lab buildings, and introduces a new centralized facility and identity for the campus.

The three wings were designed as separate building forms to provide a unique identity to the functions within the project.
