Heartside Hill Apartments is a new affordable housing project community that includes nine single family lots for Habitat for Humanity; two lots for L’Arche, a provider of group homes for people with learning disabilities; a 71-unit multifamily apartment project for CARE Housing; and a new 20,000 square foot community center to be located adjacent to the existing Heart of the Rockies church. The 71-unit apartment project consists of six 3-story, 12-plex apartment buildings with a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units.
