Extensive renovation and addition of the Lincoln Center performing arts and conference center including enlarging lobbies, patron restrooms and circulation corridors, three new permanent bars, new ticketing and office space and art gallery. Other renovations include dressing rooms, chorus rooms, green room and conference storage space. Renovations were completed for conference spaces and the Magnolia Theater, as well as acoustical, sound system and finish upgrades to the Main Performance Hall.
A new glazed curtainwall wraps the lobbies and public spaces, while a rainscreen wall assembly clad in multi-colored Trespa panels enclosed the gallery and private spaces.
