The Mirasol Senior Housing Apartments is a multi-phase expansion of the Mirasol Senior Living Community developed by the Loveland Housing Authority.  Phase 2 of Mirasol provides 60 additional independent senior apartments in a 63,700 sq. ft. building, while the Phase 3 building provides an additional 60 units in a 66,000 sq. ft. building.

 The buildings provide a mix of 1-bedroom/1-bath and 2-bedroom/1-bath units, all with private kitchens, programmed for independent senior living.  Design features include a large common lobby with covered veranda on the main floor, and exterior open-air and screened-in decks on the second and third floors.
