Extensive interior renovation of the University Center’s three ballrooms, including new mechanical, electrical power/data and LED lighting systems, audio/visual system enhancements including new projection screens and fixed projectors, new operable folding panel partition systems, and new finishes for the 10,350 sq. ft. of space.
Improvements were sensitively designed to retain and celebrate iconic elements of the building's mid-century modern architectural design, such as the folded plate roof/ceiling forms and floor-to-ceiling glass.
